Same Day Delivery

WE DELIVER TO BENTLEY HEATH, KNOWLE, DORRIDGE, SOLIHULL, BALSALL COMMON, OLTON, SHIRLEY, SHELDON, EARLSWOOD, BICKENHILL, MARSTON GREEN, HAMPTON IN ARDEN, HENLEY-IN-ARDEN, HOCKLEY HEATH, HOLLYWOOD, LAPWORTH, WYTHALL, EARLSWOOD TO NAME BUT A FEW. IF THERE IS ANY AREA NOT LISTED PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF WE CAN ACOMMODATE  A DELIVERY FOR YOU.

We deliver all our own bouquets and arrangements experts in handling flowers in transit so all your flowers are guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. We deliver flowers Tuesday to Saturday. Same day delivery is available on orders received by 1pm Tuesday to Friday and orders received by 11am on Saturday. Please note we will endeavour to fulfill all deliveries by 4pm. Unfortunately we can not take delivery times. Delivery times can only be requested on funeral tributes. 
 

Delivery Days

We deliver flowers Tuesday to Saturday. Saturday deliveries can be arranged if orders are received by 11am. Please note we will endeavour to fulfill all deliveries by 4pm. Unfortunately we do not deliver on Sundays. If an order is received for a Sunday it will be delivered the next working day.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charge will be added at checkout.

Click and Collect

You can collect your flowers from our flower shop in Bentley Health. You can find us at 3 Slater Road, Bentley Heath B93 8AQ. You can collect your flowers Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 3pm. Closed on Sunday & Monday.

What if the person receiving the flowers isn't in?

PLEASE NOTE 

Please note that where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery, or unable to leave the delivery in a secure location, they will leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact and arrange to collect there flowers from our shop. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.

Please be aware that the carrier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address and the receiver refuses or fails to return the items(s).

Due to the perishable nature of our products please ensure you collect your order no later than 24 hours after the collection date/time you specified

Due to the bespoke, perishable nature of our products, we are unable to refund or offer replacement products for orders which you fail to collect.
